Employability Service

employability-service

On Wednesday we had a talk on employability and how to get jobs from the employability service.

The employability service assists people with a disability or mental health issue to secure and maintain a job in the open labour.  They aim to facilitate the integration of people with a disability or mental health issue to secure and maintain a job in the open labour market. They aim to facilitate the integration of people with a disability into employment. They help with matching individuals to jobs and help the individual source a job. As well as providing follow up support and mentoring. During the talk they told us about some of the jobs in the areas around North Dublin City and county. The discussion lasted about half an hour and some of us got useful ideas from the talk.
